    We promise that all critical components, including piston, sealing and guidance parts, will be thoroughly checked by optical screening before being sent to the automatic assembly line to ensure that they are 100% qualified in appearance and internal structure.

Accordingly, individualized quality inspections, such as manual visual inspection and fully automated, camera-supported 100% inspection are applied throughout the entire production process.

    With the latest automated optical inspection (AOI) machines, CCD automatic visual inspection machines and automated production lines, JakeParts is a custom manufacturer focused on attention to detail, short lead times, quality, and 100% customer satisfaction.

JakeParts has been registered as being in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF16949 operating standards. The Quality Assurance Department includes facilities for inspection during production runs and also through all stages of assembly and outside processing. Management remains committed to continuous improvement of all operations within the plants and in all elements of the company.
